About Oretachi Curry Main St.
At Oretachi Curry Main St., we serve authentic Osaka-based Japanese curry dishes, including curry rice and one-of-a kind curry ramen in our special prawn miso-based broth. The same recipe as the Oretachi Curry Main branch in Osaka, Japan.
Our in-house curry dishes, with a combination of over 20 spices and herbs, are made daily from the freshest ingredients sourced locally in BC, Canada. While our dried key ingredients, such as short-grained rice, are imported directly from Japan.
Our signature crispy katsu (pork cutlet and chicken cutlet) are freshly panko and deep-fried instantly on every order. We pride ourselves on serving our customers delicious authentic Japanese curry dishes in our friendly casual restaurant located in the vibrant trendy neighborhood of Riley Park, Main Street.

Our signature curry ramen features house-made shrimp oil and a rich ebi miso base.

The original Oretachi Curry shop opened in the year 2012 by Mr. Sugimura in the town of Namba Osaka, Japan, located just on the east side of Nankai Namba station with a genuine focus on quality and taste. After being featured as “The best Curry in Osaka…” on the famous Japanese TV variety show “YOUは何しに日本へ,” Oretachi Curry became a trending restaurant for serving one of the best comforting Japanese curry dishes.
